Experience the power, harmony, and sheer joy of gospel music as Manchester Inspirational Voices (MIV) take to the stage at The Yard! As the North West’s premier community gospel choir, MIV is set to deliver an uplifting performance that promises to warm hearts and spread messages of hope and positivity.
Since their formation in 2006 by director Wayne Ellington, MIV has become one of the most highly acclaimed gospel choirs in the UK. Renowned for their unique, soul-stirring sound, the group reached the final of the BBC Songs of Praise Gospel Choir of the Year in 2016 and has continued to inspire audiences with their blend of enthusiasm, mindfulness, and musical excellence. This concert is a chance to witness a group that truly embodies the strength of community as well as the joy of song!
